Steps on how we handle your claim

 We represent the policyholder — not the insurance company. Our licensed public adjusters review your policy, document your losses, and work to obtain a fair settlement on your behalf. 

 We will demand a copy of the certified policy from the carrier and once received, we will review the policy you are paying for during the time of the loss reported to the carrier.

Once policy is reviewed, the next phase is to conduct a property inspection. One of our team members will go onsite to document damages caused from a covered loss and create an estimate based on the damages observed.

Once estimate has been created and the Sworn Proof of Loss is obtained and signed, we present our documents and demands to the carrier for their review. 

We will attempt to negotiate your claim with the insurance company to agree on the amount of the loss and present the documents and facts to overcome a denial or underpaid claim
